We are open to providing both volunteer jobs or paid jobs to people of all nationalities.
As we are small (6 full-time; 4 part-time staff) but we punch well above our weight, being a leading voice for vulnerable tenants locally, London-wide and nationally.
Our mission is to contribute towards the health and wellbeing of people living in the private rented sector. We do this by recognising the human potential of our service users and giving them hope and self-belief, while addressing specific problems through general and specialist advice and support services; education and training in tenancy rights; mentoring and campaigning for effective regulation of the sector.
Trustee – Treasurer
We are seeking a Treasurer to maintain an overview of our financial affairs, ensuring our financial viability, and that best practice is maintained through our financial records and procedures.
Our Board of Trustees meets four times a year, face-to-face, with additional electronic ‘virtual meetings’ if needed.
